Wage and Benefit Surveys

The Fort Wayne-Allen County Economic Development Alliance in partnership withthe University of Saint Francis and the Community Research Institute (CRI) conducted a joint research project to describe wage rates and levels of benefits for employees working in the Allen County area from 2001-2004. The survey results should be helpful for wage and salary administration, collective bargaining, and business location decisions. The questionnaire requested information regarding such employee benefits as holidays, vacation, sick leave, insurance, and pension plans. Also, hourly rates, overtime, wage-level adjustments, bonuses, training programs, and seasonal hiring programs were analyzed. Select one of the surveys below to view the results.
