The Alliance works with a variety of workforce related organizations in Northeast Indiana. Through our relationships with these entities, we can assist companies in finding workers for start-up operations and continue
support with ongoing employment needs. Services provided by these organizations include, but are not limited to: skills assessment, candidate screening, interviewing, OTJ training, basic skill enhancement, industry-specific skills training and customized training.
