Fort Wayne, Ind.
(June 23, 2009) — Experienced Office Solutions (EOS) announced today that it is moving to a new location. The company, which offers computer and network support, will relocate to 9811 Dawson’s Creek Boulevard from 9813 Dawson’s Creek Boulevard on the city’s northwest side. The project will begin in July and is scheduled for completion in October.
The company currently shares office space with Summit CPA Group, an accounting firm focused on small to medium size business entrepreneurs. Summit CPA will take over the remaining space after EOS has exited.
“We are looking forward to expanding operations in a larger facility,” said Mike Varner, sales manager for EOS. “This move will bring with it the opportunity for continued growth and the chance to venture out and expand our market. We are adding a state-of-the-art data center, which will offer co-location, remote back-up and disaster recovery capabilities.”
EOS was founded in 2002 in Fort Wayne and remains a locally owned company. The company specializes in network/server support, network security and managed network services. Currently, EOS employs ten full-time workers.
The project will cost approximately $400,000, with $270,000 going toward the cost of real estate improvements and $130,000 for information technology equipment improvements, including back-up electrical power, redundant cooling and high-end security measures for the data center. EOS expects that the expansion will require four additional network engineering positions.

EOS has requested that taxes be phased in over time. Under the City of Fort Wayne’s new policies, the project would qualify for a seven year deduction on real and personal property if the request is approved. The project will be announced at tonight’s Fort Wayne Common Council meeting.
