FORT WAYNE, Ind. (August 23, 2011) – Fort Wayne Allergy and Asthma Consultants announced today that it is investing in a new 5,000 square foot medical office facility. The new building will be located on the Lutheran Hospital campus, off of West Jefferson Boulevard. Fort Wayne Allergy and Asthma Consultants will invest nearly $818,000 in new office space and will be adding two full-time nurse practitioners.

Fort Wayne Allergy and Asthma Consultants, Inc. decision to construct a new building on the Lutheran Hospital campus is another example of this growing sector that creates well-paying jobs and makes our city a destination for people from across the region,” said Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry.
Construction of the 5,000 square foot medical facility is projected to begin in September of this year and be complete in February 2012. This investment will make the company eligible for a ten year abatement of real estate property taxes, which will save them approximately $125,000 over the term of the abatement. Fort Wayne Allergy and Asthma Consultants currently serves the greater Fort Wayne area in allergy consultation, education and treatment options.
