Fort Wayne, Ind. (June 17, 2009) — The Rothberg, Logan & Warsco law firm announced that it is relocating to 505 East Washington Boulevard from its 110 West Berry Street location. The project began in May and is expected to be completed in October.
Rothberg, Logan & Warsco is a highly specialized law firm representing large companies, small and medium-sized businesses and individual clients. The firm will retain 49 full and part-time employees and has a location in Warsaw, Indiana.
The law firm will invest approximately $2,042,500 in the project, with $2 million going toward real estate improvements and $42,500 toward information technology upgrades. The project site was previously home to BioLife Plasma Center, which vacated the building in 2007.
Rothberg, Logan & Warsco have requested that taxes on the reinvestment be phased in over time. The firm could realize $260,578 in property tax savings over ten years if the request is approved by the City of Fort Wayne. The Fort Wayne Common Council is considering this request.
