In her role as Senior Development Officer, Steenman is responsible for managing industrial development projects as well as coordinating the Business Retention and Expansion program. She joined the Alliance in December of 2009 after working in the Economic Development Division of the Allen County Department of Planning Services for four and a half years.
Steenman is a 2005 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Sociology. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and is a 2009 graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.
Ashley is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana and spends her leisure time volunteering with the Junior League of Fort Wayne and enjoys staying active.
