Prior to joining the Economic Development Alliance, Dooley spent ten years at the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) where he served as airport director, vice president of business development, director of marketing and director of retail. While at IND, Dooley's accomplishments included the creation of programs to increase airline revenue, implementing economic development initiatives that improved non-stop air service and reactivating the former United Airlines maintenance facility to create over 3,000 jobs.
Dooley is part of the 2012 Super Bowl Legacy Leadership Committee as co-chair of economic development. He also previously served on the board of the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, Indy Partnership and Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
