We are collaborators; we maintain several relationships and partnerships with foundations, organizations, governments, and companies in our community. We have the largest staff of economic developers in our region, including an in-house City employee and County employee with whom we work directly to expedite the process of providing assistance to our customers. We also have an employee at the airport who facilitates foreign trade and airport development and another employee who is an expert in international business relocation and retention.

We incorporate the best qualified professionals in the field to work with our client companies. We partner with appropriate agencies and government entities to provide all possible incentives and services so that a pro Fort Wayne/Allen County decision from the client is easy and justifiable.

 

Our methodology is innovative; we provide unique bonding opportunities, loans, and grants; we work directly with commercial brokers to facilitate property buy-downs and other incentives for our customers. We are willing to go the distance for our customers; we pride ourselves on treating everyone equally, small projects are just as important as our large projects. After a project is completed we continue to nurture the relationship with the client to ensure that they keep and grow their operation in Fort Wayne/Allen County.
